01 / THE PROCESS
A working submit button is only the beginning. Follow your test message all the way to the inbox.

Sentleaf fills in your form with a clearly marked test message, then looks for its unique reference in Gmail Inbox.
Choose a schedule. A failed check gets one retry, then an email alert if the problem remains. You’ll hear when it recovers, too.

The result, the reason, and the next step.
Everything you need to check in and get on.
OVERVIEW
A success means the matching email was found in Gmail Inbox. Sent and Spam don’t count.
Check past attempts, error details, and available screenshots of the page.
Checks run on the server. Choose an interval or pause individual monitors.
03 / GOOD TO KNOW
A focused tool, with a clear scope.
This version supports standard Contact Form 7 forms on WordPress. CAPTCHA, multi-step forms, and custom workflows need a separate integration. The form page must be publicly reachable and enabled for this beta.
No. Sentleaf runs on a server and keeps checking when your browser is closed. If the website you’re testing runs locally on your computer, that computer and its public tunnel still need to stay on.
You connect through Google with read-only Gmail permission. That permission allows reading email; Sentleaf uses it to find and read matching test messages in Inbox. It does not send, delete, or mark Gmail messages as read.
Yes. Checks follow the form’s real mail route, so clearly marked test messages arrive in its configured Gmail inbox. You control how often checks run and can pause them whenever needed.
Sentleaf is in a private beta. Workspace access and monitored websites are enabled individually. If your account is already enabled, sign in and connect your first form. Paid plans are not available yet.
